Although working at a company without a dress code policy can be fun, it also makes you lose all motivation to look nice — and fairly quickly! Hello, flip flops! Yeah, it’s gotten that bad. So in an effort to be more professional, I made a conscious effort to wear heels and flats for two weeks in a row. No flip flops, no Converse. Yay for flats, but I totally want these boots!
