Carrot Apple Ginger is a classic juice. It’s both the perfect recipe to break in your new juicer with and the juice you’ll probably keep coming back to as a quick favorite. There’s seriously no way you can mess this juice up. After a few times, you’ll probably learn what your favorite ratio is of carrots to apples, but here’s a good place to start.
Ingredients:
- 4 carrots
- 2 apples
- 1/2″ chunk of fresh ginger root
Wash all produce well. If your juicer doesn’t take whole apples, cut/core first, peel ginger root, and juice away! For a sweeter mix try more apples. Remember, you absolutely can’t mess this recipe up. Plus, if you’re out of ginger, apple and carrot is still a treat. Ginger just gives it a nice little kick. Enjoy!
